What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (reserving a seat at a class, booking a call, requesting a class in your city, joining the talent pool), we store what you type: typically your name, email, phone, company or school, and anything you write in a message box. We also record which page you came from and, if you used a referral or QR link, the code on it.

Payments for classes run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, in aggregate.

How we use it

To do the thing you asked for: confirm your seat, set up a call, reply to your request, or consider you for a placement. We'll email you about that thing. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run the site (hosting, email delivery, payments).

Candidate data (HumanAI Talent)

If you join the talent pool at /talent/join, here is exactly what happens with your information.

• What we collect. Your name, email, phone (if you give it), school, discipline and major, graduation date, any chapter or leadership role, what you're looking for and where, links you share, a short note on your experience, your resume if you attach one, and the source of the link you used.
• Why. To match you with businesses that need engineers who can build with AI, and to contact you about those opportunities and the program. You agreed to this when you joined.
• Who sees it. The HumanAI team. We share your full details with a business only after you've said yes to a specific introduction. If you opted in, we may show an anonymized profile (discipline, skills, availability, location preference) on this site. It never includes your name, contact details, school, or resume.
• Where it lives. In our database and file storage, with the hosting providers we use for this site. Resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to the HumanAI team.
• How long. Until you ask us to remove you, or until we retire the program.
• Your choices. Email hello@usehumanai.com from the address you signed up with to see what we have, correct it, turn off the anonymized profile, or delete everything, including your resume. We'll confirm when it's done, normally within a few business days.

Deleting your information

For anything you've shared with us on this site, email hello@usehumanai.com and ask. We'll remove it and let you know. We may keep records we need for accounting (for example, that you paid for a class).
