HumanAI embeds AI Architects into growing businesses. We've landed customers through pure hustle — direct outreach, word of mouth, being really good at what we do. Universities. Manufacturers. Software companies. No ads. No funnel. Just results.

Now we want to find out if we can buy a customer.

That's where you come in.

The Gig

We're hiring 5 interns. Each of you gets a real ad budget. Real autonomy. Real responsibility.

Your job: run paid ads that get business owners to book a call with us.

Creative? You figure it out.
Targeting? You figure it out.
Platforms? You figure it out.
Strategy? You. Figure. It. Out.

You'll have access to the best AI tools on the planet to help you (yes, including the ones we sell). You'll have the company's experts in your corner — advising, pushing, and helping you get better every week. The CEO is personally leading this program. Not "sponsoring." Not "checking in." Leading it.

You'll get more direct access to senior leadership in 4 weeks than most interns get in a year. The decisions are still yours. But you won't be figuring it out alone.

Your ad budget starts small and grows weekly as you prove you know what you're doing. Earn the bigger budget.

The Competition

All 5 of you are running this simultaneously. Same company. Same goal. Different approaches.

You're competing against each other for a top performer prize.
You're also working toward a collective goal — hit the group target and everyone gets a bonus.

Compete and collaborate. Figure out that balance.

The hourly rate is low. The bonuses are not. Perform and you'll know the difference.

The Catch

There isn't one. This is a real experiment at a real AI company with real money behind it. If you figure out how to profitably acquire customers through ads, you'll have done something most startups can't.

That's not a line on a resume. That's a story.

What We're Looking For

• You're in the Knoxville area
• You can commit to 4 weeks starting the week of April 7th
• You can make weekly evening meetings in person at our Market Square office
• You're not afraid of figuring things out you've never done before
• You don't need someone to tell you what to do every morning

We don't care about your major. We don't care about your year. We care about what you do when you're handed a budget, a goal, and zero instructions.
